Yoga Teacher Training Courses
Yoga entered Federica’s life in 2020. Completing her first Yoga Teacher Training with Gayatri Yoga. To expand her understanding, she completed a massage course and began working as both, yoga teacher and massage therapist. Her studies continued with a Yin and Somatic Yoga Teacher Training and an embodied anatomy course, further deepening her knowledge of the body’s interconnected systems.
Federica’s approach integrates traditional asana practices with modern mobility techniques and nervous system regulation methods.
She is trained in Acro Yoga and specialized in Inversions, bringing more playfulness and joy into her practice and teachings. Finally she found her way back to Gayatri Yoga, where she now teach and support students to become yoga teachers.
Agata

Yoga Teacher Training Courses
Agata has started her yoga journey 2020. She joined her first 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India. A few months later she did a Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
2021, she studied and worked with Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga. At the end of 2021 she left Europe and moved to Mexico, and later Sri Lanka, where she continued teaching yoga full time.
In October 2023 she went back to India for an 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and an Ayurvedic Massage & Panchakarma Therapy Training Course.
In January 2024 she moved to Tenerife, where she now cooperates with Gayatri School of Yoga, supporting our Yoga Teacher Training Courses.
Maya
Her teaching blends a rooted asana alignment with mindful presence, breathwork and meditation. Teaching with clarity and the attention to each student’s needs make her classes well rounded. Her experience, positive and supportive energy encourages openness and steady growth on the mat and beyond.
Aarti

Online Yoga Teacher Training Courses
Aarti completed her Yoga Teacher Training Course 2017 with Gayatri Yoga, and continued her studies of Krama Vinyasa Yoga. Her passion for yoga continued as she discovered the aerial hammock, and deepened her studies with another Yoga Teacher Training in Aerial Yoga.
Her extensive knowledge in isometric training allows her to focus her classes in core work and stability. She is also a certified Yoga Thai Masseur and offers complete stretching massages and relaxation sessions.
2022 Aarti did her Advanced Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher Training in Portugal. These teachings are rich in Yoga Therapy and the prevention and overcome of Trauma.
Aarti has been working with us for many years, and is now the Lead Traininer for our Online Yoga Teacher Training Courses.
Radhika & Kiran

Radhika and Kiran are the founders of Gayatri School of Yoga. After a serious accident Radhika retired from active teaching, and both are now moving in the backround. While Radhika is responsible for the the office, Kiran is taking care of the school and gardens.
Radhika started her spiritual journey 2007 with her first Yoga Teacher Training, followed by an Ayurveda and Abhyanga Massage Course in India. 2009 she did her Yoga Therapy Teacher Training in India. 2010 she did her Buddhist Meditation Course and 2011 the Introduction Course to Buddhism in India. 2017 Radhika did her Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in India, and in the same year her Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training as taught by Yogi Bhajan in Spain. 2019 she traveled bacl to India for her Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. Radhika has more than 13.000 teaching hours and around 1300 training hours.
Kiran did 2010 his first Yoga Teacher Training in India and 2011 a second YTTC at Gayatri Yoga. In 2019 he did his Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training as taught by Yogi Bhajan in Spain. In 2019 he traveled back to India for his Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
All Yoga Training, Yoga East & West, Book Yoga Retreats and Book Retreats has listed Gayatri Yoga Tenerife as one of the 10 best Yoga Teacher Training Programs Worldwide and in Europe.
